Shanghai Longyu Electro-Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 and is based in Shanghai, China.
We are a food forming machinery manufacturer focusing on industrial food automation systems, including bakery production lines, encrusting machines, and customized food processing solutions.
Over the years, we have developed into an Integrated industrial and trading company, combining engineering, manufacturing, and international trade under one structure.
Our equipment is now used in more than 86+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America, South America, and Africa.
At LONGYU, we do not position ourselves as a single machine supplier.
We position ourselves as a food production solution provider.
LONGYU operates a 5,000㎡ manufacturing facility in Shanghai with a team of 70+ engineers, technicians, and production staff.
Our factory integrates machining, assembly, electrical integration, testing, and final inspection within a structured production flow.
We maintain in-house capabilities in:

• Electrical control and PLC programming
• Full production line assembly
All equipment is developed around real food behavior such as sticky dough, fragile textures, and high-moisture fillings.
Every machine is equipped with PLC-based control systems, allowing operators to manage speed, weight, filling ratio, and forming stability through a unified interface.
Before shipment, each production line undergoes Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including real product trials whenever possible to ensure stable performance under real production conditions.
