The research, development, and industrialization of *mantou* (steamed bun) production lines have progressed alongside the industrialization of staple foods in China. Representative enterprises, such as Wanjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.-established in March 1996-have long dedicated themselves to the R&D and manufacturing of machinery for staple foods, including *mantou*. The growth of the central kitchen model has created vast opportunities for the development of food processing equipment, such as *mantou* production lines.
The adoption of fully automated *mantou* production lines has enabled large-scale, standardized processing, thereby enhancing production efficiency and ensuring consistent product quality. Automation has significantly reduced reliance on manual labor, making large-scale *mantou* production a reality.
