1. Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Connect the power supply and ground wire to ensure safety. The machine is equipped with a 550-watt motor that rotates counter-clockwise.
2. Clean the machine thoroughly before use. This is a component of a processing line; the workflow involves first grinding the meat (removing tough connective tissue), blending it into a paste within the meatball machine, and then processing it through the forming unit.
3. A meat volume adjustment control is located to the right of the copper sleeve; this allows you to adjust the roundness of the meatballs (excessive meat volume results in elongated meatballs, while insufficient volume results in flattened ones; the machine will not operate correctly if the meat paste level in the barrel is too low).
4. Place a large basin filled with warm water beneath the meatball discharge outlet.
5. The machine comes with three interchangeable mold sets (large, medium, and small). To change them, remove the mold head from the copper gear assembly and the sliding plate from the copper plate, then install the new ones.
6. After loading the prepared meat paste into the barrel, turn on the water supply to the sliding plate (use a low flow rate, just enough to rinse the blades) and start the machine.
Note: Re-feed the initial batch of processed meatballs (which may be misshapen) back into the barrel.
7. Once processing is complete, remove the pusher rod, meat barrel, copper sleeve, and copper plate; clean and dry them thoroughly.
8. Periodically check the internal springs; if a spring has lost its tension, replace it with a new one.
